特种炭材料改善铅酸蓄电池负极性能的研究

摘    要:研究了特种炭材料对电池性能的影响,研究发现选择合适的添加量将能够明显提升电池性能。相同测试条件下,与常规电池相比较向负极板中添加一定量的特种炭材料可使铅酸蓄电池充电接受能力提升90%,循环寿命提升26.2%。利用扫描电镜、XRD射线衍射对负极板进行了表征,分析表明特种炭材料能够明显减少负极板的硫酸盐化,改善硫酸盐的聚集状态。

Abstract:The influence of a special nano-carbon material on lead-acid batteries was researched. It is found that a proper addition would be able to significantly improve battery's performance. At the same test conditions, compared with the conventional battery, the charge acceptance ability of negative plate of lead-acid battery with a certain amount of special nano-carbon material could be enhanced by 90 %, and the .cycle-life could be prolonged by 26.2 %. The negative plates were characterized by SEM and XRD. The analysis results showed that the special nano-earbon materials can not only remarkably reduce the sulfation of negative plate but also meliorate the aggregation state of sulfate.
