Application of S7-200 in the U Type Conveyor

In traditional industry control, a delay is normally used for the control. Today, on the basis of development achievements of micro electronic technique, PLC has replaced the delays in many fields. Some years ago, the conveyor made by our factory were controlled by using of delays and contactors, with which, wire connection and maintenance is rather complex. This paper introduces a method that controls heavy U mode conveyers with PLC, which enables an easy wire connection and dification as well as convenient for maintenance.
