摘    要:该文对绿色木霉进行了硫酸二乙脂(DES)诱变和微波诱变,结果表明,经硫酸二乙脂诱变得到DES8菌株FPA酶活力比出发菌株提高了27.67%,该菌株进行微波诱变得到WB8菌株FPA酶活力比DES8菌株提高了14.88%.与出发菌株相比,WB8菌株FPA酶活力提高了46.67%,CMC酶活力提高了42.37%.遗传稳定性研究表明,该菌株遗传性能稳定.

Abstract:The cellulose-producing Trichoderma viride stain was mutated with diethyl sulfate(DES) and microwave.The results showed that the filter paper activity(FPA) of the strain DES8,which was mutated by DES,was 27.67% higher than that of original strain.And the FPA of the strain WB8,which was microwave mutated strain of DES8,was 14.88% higher than that of DES8.Compared with the original strain,FPA of strain WB8 was improved by 46.67% and the CMCase activity of WB8 was improved by 42.37%.Further study indicated tha...
