微胶囊复合相变材料的制备及性能表征

摘    要:以低熔点的相变材料为芯材,三聚氰胺脲醛树脂为囊壁材料,用原位聚合法制备了相变储能微胶囊。采用红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热分析和热重分析测试技术表征了制备的相变微胶囊的结构组成、形貌特征及热性能。实验结果表明,相变储能微胶囊复合相变材料热稳定性好,在160℃以下无质量损失,其相变温度和焓值分别为15.3℃,132.3 J/g。制备得到的微胶囊呈球形,平均粒径小于20μm,固化剂滴加速度为0.5 mL/m in时微胶囊形貌较佳,优化的芯/壁质量比为1∶1.5,且微胶囊的亲水性随芯材含量增加而降低。

Abstract:A microencapsulated phase change material was prepared by the in-situ polymerization method using low melting point PCM,melamine-urea-formaldehyde prepolymer as core material and shell material respectively.The shell structure,appearance character and the thermal properties of the microcapsule were investigated by FT-IR,SEM,DSC and TG.The experimental results showed that the composite phase change material can withstand a high temperature up to 160 ℃,and the melt point and enthalpy were 15.3 ℃ and 132.3 J/g,respectively,the average diameter of the microcapsule is smaller than 20 μm,and the particle size is centralized when the dropping rate of the solidifying solvent is less than 0.5 mL/min.The energy capacity depended the core-to-coating ratio,and the optimized core/coating ratio was 1 ∶1.5.The hydrophilicity of the microencapsulated phase change material reduced with increasing content of core in the PCM.
