基于改进NSGA-2算法的电力无线专网基站选址研究

摘    要:针对电力无线专网中无线基站选址问题,提出了一种基于Atoll仿真的改进NSGA-2算法选址优化方案。方案分为2部分,首先设计基站类型及网络参数,利用Atoll仿真软件进行基站初步选址仿真;然后采用基于参考点选择的NSGA-2算法进行最终建站点选择。给出了选址算法的框架,考虑建设成本、光纤接入位置及有效覆盖率问题,给出最终基站建设位置。以四川某供电公司辖区为例,通过仿真验证了方案的可行性、有效性,为电力无线专网建设提供了有效参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of base station site selection in power wireless private network,this paper proposes a site selection optimization scheme using an improved NSGA-2 algorithm and Atoll simulation.The scheme is divided into two parts.Firstly,the base station type and network parameters are designed.Then the NSGA-2 algorithm based on reference point selection is used for the final site selection.The framework of the location algorithm is given.The construction cost,fiber access location and effective coverage are considered.The final base station construction site is given.Taking the area of a power supply company in Sichuan as an example,the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme are verified by simulation,which provides an effective reference for the construction of power wireless private network.
