| 摘 要： | 文章针对75 t/h干熄焦3325 m2脉冲袋式除尘系统在运行中存在的吸力不足,排放烟尘超标等问题进行了分析。通过对装入装置密封罩软连接的改进,调整各吸尘点的开度,合理增设充入点,调整除尘风机转速以及脉冲控制仪进行了调整,进行了相应的工艺与技术改造,从而达到既环保又节能的目的。

| Abstract: | The paper 75 t/h CDQ 3325 m^2 pulse force existed in the operation of the bag type dust collecting system, dust emissions exceed the standard problems are analyzed. Based on the load device sealing cover improved soft connection, adjust the opening the vacuum point, reasonable added filling point, adjust the speed of dust removal fan and a pulse control instrument is adjusted, the process and the corresponding technical innovation, so as to achieve the purpose of environmental protection and energy saving. |
