SPE电解池催化剂载体的研究

摘    要:采用氮化钛、碳化钛、碳化硅纳米粉体作为载体,制备担载型RuO2催化剂;并利用X-射线衍射(XRD)及电化学测试技术对样品进行表征.结果表明:纳米TiN、TiC粉体在高温煅烧时都发生了氧化反应,部分转化为TiO2,而纳米粉体SiC比较稳定,不发生化学反应,RuO2/SiC催化剂相比RuO2/TiC、RuO2/TiN催化剂也具有较好的析氧催化活性.

Abstract:RuO2 catalysts loaded on the nano-powders TiN,TiC and SiC were prepared using impregnation-thermal decomposition method.The performance of the RuO2 catalysts was investigated by electrochemical measurements and x-ray diffraction.The results indicated that TiN and TiC nano-powders were oxidized and changed into TiO2 partially under high temperature calcination,however,SiC had better thermal stability.Compared with the RuO2 /TiC,the RuO2 /TiN catalyst and the RuO2 /SiC catalyst had a better catalysis performa...
