摘    要:
建立了整车-人体振动系统十二个自由度非线性动力学模型,通过对钢板弹簧和减振器的非线性特性的离散化,在四轮相关随机路面激励的条件下,采用分步线性化法对整车-人体的振动进行了时域模拟。试验验证结果表明所采用的非线性模型分步线性化算法较传统线性模拟方法更精确,更可靠。还分析了悬架非线性因素对车辆振动的影响,得到了一些有价值的结论。

Abstract:
A nonlinear dynamic model with 12 DOFs of vehicle-human vibration system was established. By detaching the nonlinear characteristics of leaf springs and shock absorbers, the multi-step linearizing algorithm was used to sim-ulate the vehicle-human vibration, under the correlated four-wheel road excitation. Experimental results indicate that the nonlinear model and the multi-step linearizing algorithm used in the paper are more accurate and reliable than the traditional linear methods. In addition, nonlinear analysis of the suspension system was carried out, and some valuable conclusions were obtained.
