摘    要:地区电网无功电压优化运行集中控制系统能在确保电网与设备安全运行的前提下,从全网角度进行无功电压优化控制,实现无功补偿设备投人合理和无功分层就地平衡与电压稳定,主变分接开关调节次数最少和电压合格率最高,输电网损率最小,从而进一步提高电网调度自动化水平,提高电力系统运行的稳定性和安全性,全面改善和提高电网电压质量,降低电网损耗,提高设备出力.对该系统功能及技术方案进行了介绍.

Centralized Control System for the Regional Grid's Reactive Voltage Optimized Operation

Abstract:Under the conditions of guaranteeing the safety operation of the power grid and all the equipment involved, the centralized control system for the regional grid' s reactive voltage optimized operation helps realize the optimized control for the reactive voltage from the angle of the whole grid, rationalizing the input of the reactive power compensation and realizing the reactive hierarchy direct balancing and stabilizing the voltage. The system minimizes tbe adjusting times of the main transformer's tapping switches, reduces the power transmission loss, and raises the automation capability of the grid, therefore enhances the safety and stability of the power system's operation, and comprehensively improves the voltage quality. This paper expounds the functions of the system and the technical solutions.
