埋嵌式元件共面度测量方法研究

摘    要:基于公司埋嵌元件PCB工艺特性和客户需求,对比研究切片测量法、三维坐标测量法、三维成像测量法以及接触式三坐标仪测量法等四种方法测量公司埋嵌式元件共面度的测量原理、测量精度、测量效率和可实现性。并对公司现有埋嵌式元件共面度的测量方法进行优化,建立较完善的埋嵌元件共面度的测量规范。

Abstract:There are four methods for measuring embedded components coplanarity, microsection measurement, coordinate measurement, three-dimensional imaging measurement and contact type threedimensional measurement. The measuring principle, accuracy, efficiency and reliability of these four methods are studied based on the customer requirements and the property of embedded components PCB technology. A criterion about embedded components coplanarity measurement is built after optimization of the current measuring method.
