基于模糊分级的节水型社会评价研究

摘    要:根据陈守煜教授提出的工程模糊集基本理论,并结合节水型社会评价基本模型,建立基于分级指标的模糊综合评价模型。以山西省为例,通过模糊评价得到该地区的节水型社会发展水平,针对各指标的评价水平提出与之相通应的节水建设方案,建议建设相应的节水设施以改善地区人文生态环境,形成全新的节水理念,进一步促进铮水型社会建设的发展。

Abstract:We proposed the fuzzy comprehensive assessment model based on the level indexes, according to the watersaving society assessment model and the engineering fuzzy sets theory raised by the professor Chen shouyu. Taking the Shanxi Province as an example, we obtained development level of the water-saving society by the fuzzy assessment model, in view of the various evaluation indicators level proposed the corresponding water-saving construction scheme, the proposed construction of the corresponding water-saving facilities to improve regional humanistic ecological environment, to form new water-saving ideas, to further promote the development of water-saving society construction.
