基于实施伊逊河生态补水工程方案探讨

摘    要:承德市境内河流众多,但由于水资源时空分布的严重不均及开发利用程度不同,严重影响了承德市的生态环境。伊逊河是滦河最大的支流,常年不断流,水质状况良好,且与避暑山庄所在武烈河流域相邻,具备跨区域水资源调配条件。通过实施伊逊河向武烈河生态补水工程,可提高承德避暑山庄湖区水源、市区橡胶坝水源的保证程度,并从根本上解决市区早河的水生态问题,引伊济武工程的实施将有效地改善承德历史文化遗产的生态环境,具有明显的经济效益、社会效益和生态环境效益。

Abstract:The city of Chengde has many rivers, water resource distributions are severely imbalanced in terms of seasons and places, as well as the degree of utilization of water resources is different, which have adversely affected the ecological environment of the Chengde City to a large extent. The Yixun river is the biggest branch of Luan river, with continuous waterflow all the year round and relatively good water qualities. It is in the vicinity of the Wulie river valley, where the Chengde Mountain Resort locates, thus creating a favorable situation for the conduction of trans-piloting water resources. With the conduction of the project of Yixun River to Wulie River, the water resources in Chengde Mountain Resort lake- area would be greatly enhanced, meanwhile, the water resouces in the rubber dam locating in the inner city area would be securely guaranteed, and it will solve the water ecology problems of the dry river in the city area. This project would effectively improve the ecological environment of the historical and cultural heritages in the city of Chengde, and create more economic, social and environmental benefits.
