| 摘 要： | 综述循环经济这一经济模式的现状与发展;通过对生产原生与再生有色金属所消耗的能源以及从事再生行业人员的比较,论证金属循环经济是大幅度节省能源和环保的战略性措施,同时也是发挥我国丰富的人力资源之重要领域;并对我国有色金属循环经济的发展提出建议。

| Abstract: | The paper summarizes the condition and development of circulative economy which is a economic model .Through the comparison of power consumption of nonferrous metals production and that of nonferrous metals reproduction,as well as the people working in the industry,demonstsates that metal circulation economy is a strategic way to save energy and protect the environment. Meanwhile it is a important field to utilize the local manpower. The paper gives some advices to develop the circulative economy in nonferrous metals industry in China. |
