| 摘 要： | 当前教育改革的目的归根结底在于提高教学质量和教学效率。因此，把最有优化的思想引入体育教学过程中，是为了更科学地组织体育教学，使学生在知识技能、思想教育和身体健康都得到全面发展，从而实现体育教学过程的最优化。

Hence ,draw idea that possess optimization most in the gym education process,is foring the gym education for the sake of more scientifically ,cause student be living the information skill, ideological education and body health wholly obtains and develops completely, thereby achieve the gym education process optimization. |
