| 摘 要： | 根据动态联盟的组建特点得出模块化是其有效实施的关键，并根据我国企业的特点，指出了我国组建动态联盟时存在的主要问题；针对这些问题，提出现阶段我国企业应注重于企业的外部功能模块化建设和产品设计模块化这两个方面。最后简要地提供了一套模块化设计的思路。

| Abstract: | According to the character of forming of dynamic alliance, modularization is a critical element of ef- ficient implement of it. In the term of the enterprises in our country, the main problems of the enterprises in this respect have been pointed out. In the light of the specific condition in our country, a proposal for modular- ization of external function of the enterprises and products design is submitted. Finally, a method of modular- ization design is briefly provided. |
