基于户外柱上真空断路器的电动力分析

摘    要:户外柱上真空断路器不能正常工作的原因很多,电动力的影响也是其中一个原因,瞬时短路电流将产生较高的电动力。针对三相短路电流产生的电动力进行分析,经过受力分析,瞬间较高的电动力对户外柱上真空断路器的影响很大。提出了改进方案来最大限度的避免电动力对外户柱上真空断路器产生的影响,有效的降低真空断路器的故障发生率。

The analysis of electrodynamics force based on outdoor post-mounted vacuum circuit breaker

Abstract:There are many reasons that the outdoor post-mounted vacuum circuit breaker dose not work well. The influence of electrodynamics force is reason for that. Great electrodynamics force is produced by short-circuit current. With analysis of electrodynarnics force about three-phase short-circuit current, after stress analysis, the appearance of short huge electrodynamics force influence outdoor post-mounted vacuum circuit breaker greatly. Having proposed improving the scheme to avoid the influence to vacuum circuit breaker on the outdoor post-mounted of electrodynamics force maximally and reduce the trouble incidence of vacuum circuit breaker efficiently.
