汽轮机振动原因分析及处理

摘    要:我国泰公司50 MW汽轮发电机组,安装使用CC50-8.83/.3.92/1.37型高压、单缸、冲动、双抽凝汽式蒸汽轮机为中国长江动力集团生产,机组采用DCS控制系统和新华DEH电液调节控制系统共同控制。2005年12月机组试运行。自安装运行以来截至2009年7月之前,一直存在着2#轴承和5#轴承振动超标现象,影响机组提升负荷且严重威胁机组的安全运行。为此,我们先后进行两次大修,对可能造成振动原因逐一分析验证,在此基础上我们逐渐摸索了文章中列举的种种现象和解决办法,并最终找到了解决问题的重要方法:重新加工靠背轮基准面和做转子动平衡试验等一系列措施,基本达到我们的预期目的。现将我公司机组在振动方面存在的问题及解决方法总结如下,为其它类似机组的调试、运行提供借鉴。

Abstract:Cathay Pacific 50 MW turbine generator,install and use CC50-8.83/.3.92/1.37 high-voltage,single-cylinder,impulsivity,double-extraction condensing steam turbine production for the China Yangtze Power Group,the unit uses the DCS control system and the Xinhua DEHThe fluid conditioning control system common control.The unit test run in December 2005.Since the installation and operation as of July 2009,there has been excessive 2#bearing#5 bearing vibration phenomenon,enhance the impact of unit load and a serious threat to the safe operation of the unit.To this end,we have carried out two major repairs that may cause vibration causes analysis and verification on this basis,we gradually explored the phenomena listed in the paper and solutions,and eventually found an important way to solve the problem: Re-processing of the backrest round of base level and do a series of measures such as rotor balancing test,basically to achieve our intended purpose.Now the company unit exists in the vibration problems and solutions are summarized below,provide a reference for other similar units commissioning,operation.
