适配型修井液在渤海油田的应用

针对渤海油田不同的储层及原油特性,通过实验分别提出了广谱型修井液、防膨型修井液和高效修井液三种适配型修井液用于常规修井作业。室内实验评价的结果表明,以广谱型修井液为基液,可以配置防膨型修井液、高效修井液,对于不同类型的油井,可以收到较好的效果。经过在埕北油田多口井的现场应用表明,新型修井液不仅能够减少油井修井以后的恢复时间,也能增加油井产能,所优选的配方经现场应用验证效果良好。

Application of New Type of Workover Fluid to Bohai Oil Field

Three types of workover fluid have been selected by experiment according to the characteristic of reservoir and crude oil in Bohai oilfield is different.These three types of workover fluid are broad spectrum type workover fluids,anti swelling type workover fluid and high-efficiency liquid,which can be used in conventional workover respectively.Experimental evaluation results show that with broad-spectrum workover fluid as a base fluid,we can make anti-swelling type workover fluid and high-efficiency liquid for different types of oil well,and good results have been obtained.The application results of the new workover fluid in Chengbei oilfield indicated that the new workover fluid can not only reduce the oil well recovery time after repair,but also increase the productivity of oil wells.The application results of the optimized formula in oil field are satisfactory.
