摘    要:4JB1汽车发动机缸体缸盖由于其特殊结构特点导致内腔粘砂,使得缸体缸盖导热性降低,从而给发动机的运转带来许多负面效应。试验研究表明,采用合理的喷丸清理工艺,对4JB1发动机缸体缸盖铸件内腔粘砂进行清理,可取得较好的效果。

Abstract:The problem of sand adhering to inner cavity of automobile engine is caused by special organization features of engine body and lid from 4JB1 automobile engine. This results in their poor heat - conduction property, which brings lots of nagetive effects on engine operation. Experiments show that it is very effective to this problem of engine body and lid by meaning of correct cleaning technology of spraying pellets.
