钴基自熔合金涂层的耐磨性能研究

摘    要:用真空熔烧方法在 40Cr钢表面制得钴基自熔合金涂层. 用金相显微镜和X射线衍射仪测定了涂层的硬度.比较了钴基自熔合金涂层与GCr15钢、激冷铸铁的耐磨性.结果表明,涂层主要由 Co基固溶体、共晶体和碳化物组成,真空熔烧钴基自熔合金涂层的耐磨性比 GCrl5钢、激冷铸铁的要高.

Abstract:The cobalt base self-fluxing alloy coating is obtained on the 40Cr steel by using vacuum fusing sintering process.The hardness of the coating has been measured with metallographic microscope and X ray diffractometer.The wear resistance of vacuum fusing cobalt base alloy coating, GCrl5 steel and rapid cooled cast iron is compared. The results show that the coating is composed with Co solid solution ,eutectic and carbide.The wear resistance of vacuum fusing cobalt base alloy coating are higher than GCrl5 steel and rapid cooled cast iron.
