化学复合镀镍-磷-氧化铝工艺研究

摘    要:为进一步提高化学镀镍磷合金层的性能,在镀液中加入氧化铝粒子制度得镍-磷-氧化铝复合镀层。研究了镀液中各成分及操作条件对镀速的影响,并对镀层的组织结构和性能进行了测试。结果表明,该工艺镀液稳定性好,所得复合镀层的硬度和耐磨性优于镍磷合金镀层。

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to further improve the properties of electroless nickel-phosphorus alloy deposits. Electroless nickel-phosphorus-aluminum oxide composite deposits were prepared by the addition of aluminum oxide particles in electroless nickel-phosphorus plating bath. The effect of bath components and plating parameters on plating rate of nickel-phosphorus-aluminum oxide composite deposits was studied, microstructure and properties of nickel-phosphorus-aluminum composite deposits were compared to that of nickel-phosphorus deposits. The results show that nickel-phosphorus alloy deposits are greatly improved in microhardness and corrosion resistance by codeposition proper amount of aluminum oxide particles.
