电磁信号分析仪的中频电路设计技术研究

摘    要:中频电路设计影响信号分析仪的一些关键指标。本文介绍了XX型电磁信号分析仪的中频设计技术,这项技术采用了75MHz中频、最大36MHz带宽、高速采样的设计路线,用以满足分析仪的高性能要求。主要讨论了中频滤波设计、中频增益设计、增加动态范围的Dither技术、A/D采样器件选择。实验结果表明此中频设计技术满足当前先进信号分析仪设计要求。

Abstract:Intermediate frequency circuit design can affect some key indicators of signal analyzer. This paper introduces the technique of intermediate frequency circuit that used on electromagnetic signal analyzer. This technique is based on 75 MHz intermediate frequency, 36 MHz bandwidth and high-speed sampling. Intermediate frequency filters, gain, Dither and A/D converter in IF circuit are mainly discussed. Experimental results show that this advanced technical meet the design requirements of signal analyzer.
