硅太阳电池工程用数学模型参数的优化设计

摘    要:根据硅太阳电池工程用数学模型,利用matlab/simulink模块建立了硅太阳电池阵列仿真模型.根据太阳电池组件仿真结果和实际测量结果的比较,分析了硅太阳电池工程用数学模型系数对仿真模型的输出特性精度的影响,并提出了不同太阳辐射强度时硅太阳电池工程用数学模型中系数b的优化设计计算公式.仿真结果表明,利用优化设计计算的参数可提高太阳电池阵列仿真模型的输出特性精度.

Abstract:Simulation model of silicon solar cells array by using matlab/simulink module based on engineering analytical model of silicon solar cells was built. According to the comparison between experimental data of silicon solar cells array and simulation data of simulation model of silicon solar cells array,the analysis on the influence of engineering analytical model coefficient on the output characteristics accuracy of simulation model was made,and a optimization design formula for calculating coefficient b of engineering analytical model of silicon solar cells under different insolations was presented. The simulation results show that output characteristics accuracy of solar cell array simulation model can be improved by using the parameters calculated by the optimization design formula.
