摘    要:将计算机视觉测量技术应用于轮胎荷重轮廓测量领域,研制了一种基于计算机视觉的轮胎荷重轮廓测量系统。测量系统由CMOS摄像机、激光传感器、光栅尺和控制器等组成。通过轮胎胎侧轮廓的三维空间坐标,精确重构了轮胎荷重胎侧轮廓。实现了对其几何参数快速测量。与传统的机械手工测量方法相比,该系统具有非接触、无磨损、高效率的优点。测量结果表明:系统的测量精度可达±0.1mm。

Abstract:Computer vision is applied to measure the tire profile, and a tire profile measure technology is provided based on computer vision method. The corresponding measuring system is developed. It consists of two CMOS cameras, two laser sensers, two grating rulers and a control box. By using the principles of computer vision technology, a map of tire profile and coordinate values of all points can be obtained. It realize a precise reconstruction and a fast measurement of geometric parameters of a tire profile. Compared with the traditional artificial measurement, this method shows excellent privilege of non-contact, in-gage, high-efficiency measurement. The test results indicates that the measurement precision can meet the accuracy requirement of ±0.1mm.
