近距离煤层采空区下掘进巷道过断层技术研究

摘    要:针对近距离煤层开采条件下,采空区下部掘进巷道过断层支护难度较大的问题,本文以中煤平朔集团井工二矿21109主运顺槽掘进工作面过断层为工程背景,结合掘进巷道煤层顶板岩性和断层产状,确定了21109主运顺槽过断层掘进施工方案。在巷道顶板采用锚杆、W钢护板配合钢筋托梁和锚索联合支护,煤柱侧帮和工作面侧帮均采用采用锚杆支护,掘进工作面单纯采用主动支护后无法满足支护需求,又采取架设钢棚的方式对巷道进行了辅助支护。采取辅助支护措施后,28d内顶板浅部离层23mm,顶板深部离层31mm,巷道高度、宽度相对移近量分别为33mm和0mm;28d后,巷道断面再无变形,巷道围岩稳定。

Abstract:Roadway below a goaf supporting is difficult when passing faults in the closed distance seams mining process. This paper using 21109 transporting crossheading excavation passing fault as engineering background. The method of 21109 transporting crossheading excavation passing fault is determined according roof conditions and fault form. Roof combined support with bolt, rope, and W-type steel band with joists. Coal pillar side and working face side used bolt support. Heading face using active supporting is not enough, and then steel shed was erected for auxiliary support. Shallow roof abscission layer 23mm, deep separation 31mm, and relatively closer to the amount of roadway height and width is 33mm and 0mm, when supplementary support measures were taken 28 days. No deformation of roadway was found and roadway surrounding rock stability after 28 days.
