摘    要:从1939-1999年,我国葡萄酒业经过3个阶段的发展,葡萄酒厂和葡萄基地规模逐渐形成,葡萄酒厂和生产车间增加到200多个,产量也从原来的200吨提高到30万吨,葡萄酒冷冻处理技术,葡萄酒热加工技术,葡萄酒稳定性研究,葡萄酒用水树脂处理技术等方面都取得了重大的成就。(孙悟)

Abstract:From 1939 to 1999, grape wine industry in China has undergone three stages of development. Currently, large-scale grape wine breweries and grape bases gradually come into being; The amount of wine breweries and plants exceeds 200 with increasement of the annual wine yield from 200 tons to 300,000 tons; And the techniques of freezing treatment, hot-work, stability research and plastic resin treatment of water utilized for wine have also made great achievements.
