焦化加热炉回弯头泄漏原因分析及解决措施

摘    要:某石化厂延迟焦化装置加热炉可拆堵头式回弯头经常发生泄漏。泄漏的原因主要是密封面间隙变化,包括垫片的损伤、堵头与弯头配合不良、预紧比压不足,以及操作波动等造成的。文章根据泄漏的原因有针对性地提出了解决措施,取消堵头与回弯头之间的垫片、密封面之间充分紧密的配合、采取适当的密封比压,以及保证日常操作平稳等,这些措施取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:The plugs of the cast plug return often bend for delayed coker heater leak. The leakage factors were underhere: the gap of the seal face of the plugs and bend be changed, including the failure of the gasket, the failure of the copulate of the plug and the bend, the shortage of the sealing ratio pressure and the instability of the operation. The interrelated improvement measures for these season were suggested in the paper. Including cancelling the gasket of the plug and the bend, the enough and tight copulation of the seal face, and the smooth operation etc, all of the improvement was proven right.
