摘    要:为了节省较昂贵的镍资源和扩大不锈钢的应用范围,本研究以高氮不锈钢粉末为原料,经注射成形在流动氮气中进行不同温度的烧结,通过测定其相对密度、氮含量和力学性能,研究了烧结温度对材料致密度、微观组织以及力学性能的影响.结果表明:温度升高,材料的致密度和力学性能都能得到提高,氮含量在不断降低.烧结温度在1380℃时,材料的各项性能达到最优,致密度99.08%,氮含量0.65%,抗拉强度930 MPa,屈服强度555 MPa,伸长率48%.
