＂通用设计＂是以市场性的扩大为基准,代表着现代文明的设计新趋势.在城市与建筑的设计中,既要考虑营造适合残疾人的环境,又要尽可能为所有的人提供多种选项的＂通用设计＂的创意,这是城市和建筑应该具备的基本使命.所以在对建筑或者环境的设计上,要将众人都按照残疾人来考虑进行设计,只有这样才有可能将无障碍设计赋予的社会使命以标准化的形式——通用设计来加以实现.

The Research of General Design for Urban Environment and Architecture
