德州市地面沉降对建筑物的影响及对策

摘    要:通过对多年来德州市地下水位和地面沉降量的关系分析,得出了地下水的超采是造成地面沉降的主要原因;地面沉降造成的建筑物裂缝,分为斜裂缝、竖向裂缝和水平裂缝,严重的将对建筑物的安全构成一定程度的威胁.要降低沉降危害,应以预防为主,进行地下水开采时应制定回灌方案,将抽汲的地下水及时回灌到地下,并采取必要的结构措施对策.

Abstract:By analyzing the relations between underground water level and ground setting,this paper concludes that the over-mining of underground water is the major reason for ground setting.Building cracks caused by ground setting include slanting,vertical and horizontal cracks.The serious ones will pose threat to the safety of the buildings to some degree.To decrease the hazards,this paper argues that the chief solution is prevention.It further proposes that the water infusion plan be drawn up to recharge the lifted water underground,and the ground subsidence monitoring net be built to collect reliable data about the changes underground.
