烟用香精香料中奎尼酸的测定

摘    要:建立以高效液相色谱测定烟用香精香料中奎尼酸含量的方法。以质量分数50%的乙醇为萃取剂,样品经振荡提取后,采用C18色谱柱分离和二极管阵列检测器测定。结果表明,奎尼酸在1.0~250.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999,检出限为3.12μg/g,加标回收率为92.6%~105.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)〈5%(n=5)。所建立的方法具有灵敏度高、准确性好、操作简便等优点,适合于烟用香精香料中奎尼酸的批量测定。

Abstract:A method for determination of quinic acid in tobacco flavor was developed by high performance liquid chromatography. After oscillating-extraction by 50% ethanol,the samples were separated by C18 column and detected by diode array detector. The results showed that in the range of 1. 0 to 250. 0 mg /L,the linear correlation coefficient for quinic acid was 0. 999,the detection limit was 3.12 μg /g,the recoveries were from 92. 6% to 105. 1%,the RSD 〈5%( n = 5). The method was sensitive,accurate and easy-controlled,and it was suitable for batch determination of quinic acid in tobacco flavor.
