档案目标管理在高校管理中的作用

随着档案目标管理引入到高校档案管理中,为传统的高校档案管理注入了一股新的活力。在高等教育日益发展的今天,要实现档案工作目标管理,最根本的就是要依靠学校各级领导的大力支持和全校专兼职档案人员的密切配合,制定出切实可行的档案目标管理工作方案,有一个符合本单位、本部门发展的目标,更好地组织和调动员工搞好档案工作的积极性、主动性和创造性。本文总结了高校档案工作目标管理的作用,阐述了高校档案工作实施目标管理的内在要求,指出了加强学校档案目标管理工作的实践策略。

Effects of Object Administration in Archives Work Used in Colleges and Universities

With the introduction of object administration in archives work,traditional archives administration in colleges and universities has been poured new energy.Higher education developing day by day,in order to achieve object administration in archives work,energetic support of all-level leaders and close coordination of full-time and part-time filer are essential.Then a practical scheme of object administration in archives work should be made.Once an object that is suitable to a unit or department is fixed,enthusiasm,activity and creativity for file work can be aroused.In this paper,effect of object administration is summed up,then the intrinsic request of implementation of object administration in archives work is suggested,finally practical strategy of strengthening the object administration in archives work is proposed.
