摘    要:介绍了N44SH高性能烧结NdFeB磁体的工艺技术.采用先进的双合金工艺、片铸(SC)工艺、氢爆(HD) 气流磨(JM)制粉技术,结合密封式高磁场取向成型技术和防氧化措施.先进的工艺有助于获得理想的微观结构,从而得到良好的磁性能.制备出Br=1.342T,Hcb=1037kA/m,Hcj=1653kA/m,(BH)max=348kJ/m3的高综合磁性能烧结NdFeB磁体.

Abstract:The process for producing N44SH high-grade NdFeB magnet has been described in this paper. Dual alloy process, strip casting, hydrogen decrepitation (HD), jet milling (JM) along with the airtight moulding technology and the proper oxidation protection measures were used. Advanced technology and process attribute to the ideal microstructure and consequently high magnetic properties. As a result, we have produced the sintered NdFeB magnet with excellent integrated properties of Br=1.342T, Hcb=1037kA/m, Hcj=1653kA/m, (BH)max=348kJ/m3.
