| 摘 要： | Cause Analysis and Preventive Measures for Inclusion Formation in Aluminized Steel Wang Baoming, Wang Wenhui, Hu Guangwen, Deng Zhiyong Abstract： Through tracking and analysis on the source of inclusion in aluminum steel, it is determined that A1203 is the source of inclusion, which congregates in the mould and is carfled into the billet. Processes of LF wire feeding and calcium treatment are optimized and relevant measures are taken to settle the existing problems. The billet quality is improved and inclusion kept within the standard. |
