| 摘 要： | 元陆12井集气管道建设工程具有工序多样性、结构复杂性、涉及环节多、管理要求高、施工工艺方式要求不同的特点,工程施工难点多。根据科学实用、客观和质量安全的施工原则,对该工程的施工做了总体部署,确定了管理目标,设置了项目组织机构和施工机组,在线路优化、施工组织形式优化、施工调度优化、施工现场管理优化、施工质量体系强化和HSE体系合理运行等方面做了细致的工作,实现了实施工程全过程优化,取得了良好成效。

| Abstract: | Yuanlu--12 Well gas gathering line engineering features diversified working procedures and links, complex structure, strict management and different requirement for different construction technology. Overall scheme is made for the engineering construction in line with the principles of being scientific and practical, objective and secure in construction including confirming management object, setting project organization and construction unit, optimizing lines, organization forms, construction dispatching and site management, intensifying construction quality and using HSE system in a proper way, thus achieving overall process optimization of engineering construction. |
