| 摘 要： | 对钢管步进梁式再加热炉运动速度采用比例方向阀控制，可实现控制步进机械的运动速度和方向，获得最优控制。介绍了采用比例方向阀再加热炉液压系统的设计要点，控制方式和使用效果， 比例技术的应用特点。

| Abstract: | It is possible to use proportional directional valve to adjust speed and direction of reheating furnace and the optimal control can be obtained. The design main points, controls patter and application results of hydraulic system of reheating furnace using proportional directional valve are presented and the application characteristic of proportional technology is analysed. |
