均三甲苯液相氧化合成均苯三甲酸连续化工艺研究

摘    要:研究了以均三甲苯为原料,采用液相氧化法合成均苯三甲酸的连续化工艺条件,重点考察了反应温度、催化剂配比、溶剂比和停留时间等因素对氧化反应的影响,从中确定了最佳的工艺条件为:反应温度215℃,冰醋酸∶均三甲苯(质量比)=5∶1,Co∶Mn∶Br(mol)=1∶1∶3,Co2+]=450 mg.kg-1/Mn2+]=420 mg.kg-1/Br-]=1 800 mg.kg-1,反应停留时间为80 min。该条件下的产品酸值为796.8 mg(KOH)/g,均苯三甲酸质量收率为160.2%。

Abstract:Continuous Preparation of Trimesic by liquid phase oxidation of Mesitylene was studied. The effects of reaction conditions, such as reaction temperature, residence time, catalyst and solvent ration were investigated. The optimal process conditions were obtained, they are: reaction temperature 215℃, glacial acetic acid: mesitylene (wt) =5:1, Co:Mn:Br(mol) = 1:1:3, Co2+ ] =450 mg·kg^-1/Mn2+ ] =420 mg· kg^-1/ Br- ] = 1800 mg·kg^-1, residence time 80min. The acid value of product is 796.8 mg( KOH)/g and the mass yield of trimesic is 160.2% under this condition.
