| 摘 要： | 从黑龙江省火电厂除尘器改造的实际出发，阐述了除尘器改造的必要性，分析了黑龙江省电厂用煤的煤灰特性对电除尘器性能的影响，介绍了电除尘器设计中采取的主要技术措施及除尘器改造工程的场地布置设计，总结了除尘器改造后的效果。

| Abstract: | The necessity to upgrade the dust removers at the thermal power plants in Heilongjiang province is justified, the effect of the characteristics of dust produced by coals used at the thermal power plants in Heilongjiang province is analysed, principal technical measures adopted in the design of dust remover and the work site layout design for the upgrading of dust remover are described, and the effectiveness of dust remover upgrading is summarized. |
