高强钢管膨胀混凝土显微结构分析

摘    要:通过圆形钢管对膨胀混凝土形成三向约束 ,采用扫描电镜 (SEM)研究约束膨胀混凝土的显微结构与普通混凝土显微结构的差异。试验证明 :加入高效减水剂 ,混凝土晶粒变得小而均匀 ,孔形貌也有较大改变 ,孔壁由尖角变得更加圆滑 ;而由于约束膨胀的填充作用 ,大幅度降低空隙率及孔径 ,定将有效地提高混凝土的弹性模量及强度

Abstract:In this paper, the microstructures of expansive concrete and high strength concrete confined by steel tube are analysed and compared with that of the common concrete, in order to explain the working mechanism of the expansive concrete confined by steel tube through the scanning electron microscope(SEM).The investigations show that the microstructures of expansive concrete and high strength concrete confined by steel tube become better than that of common concrete.
