几种云南本地木材的密实化改性研究

摘    要:对四种云南本地木材的密实化改性工艺以及改性木材的力学性能和吸水性进行了研究。结果表明,采用预抽真空、热处理和电子束辐射的木材密实化改性工艺是可行的,经过改性,木材的密度、硬度和压缩强度可提高50%~100%,吸水性则可降低至原木材的10%~30%,已超过木地板优良用材西南桦的性能。

Abstract:A series of densifing woods were produced by vacuum impregnating Yunnang local wood with styrene(ST) and methyl methacrylate(MMA) and subsequently polymerizing by heat or/and electron beam irradiation.Mechanical property and water absorption of densified woods were characterized.The results show that the hardness and compression strength are increased up to 150 0% and water absorption decreased down to 100% in comparing with that of original local wood.=
