油管材料在砂油水液条件下的冲蚀磨损性能

摘    要:为了评价J55级油管材料的耐冲刷性能,选用砂清水液和砂油水液2种冲刷液,利用转盘式冲刷磨损试验机进行不同速度下的冲刷磨损试验.试验结果发现,相同速度条件下的砂油水液里的试样磨损量明显高于砂清水液,砂清水液下的试样材料损失是砂粒的机械磨削造成的,而在砂油水液下的试样受腐蚀加机械磨削双重作用,材料损失很大.

Abstract:speeds Using a rotating disc type corrosive wear tester, sand-water liquid and in sand-oil-water liquid were a corrosive wear test with different carried out to evaluate the corrosive wear property of material of J55 grade tubing. The results of experiments indicate that the worn loss of the sample in sand-oil-water liquid is higher than that in sand-water liquid. The worn loss of the sample in sand-water liquid is caused by mechanical grinding. The worn loss of the sample in sand-oil-water liquid is caused by corrosion and mechanical grinding. This results in heavy worn loss of the sample in sand-oil-water liquid.
