摘    要:阐述了催化裂化装置主风机组紧急停车系统的改造设计原则,介绍了TDC3000三重冗余容错集成控制系统在催化主风机组自保中的应用.TDC3000系统的信号输入模块、信号输出模块和CPU均采用三重冗余.利用组态和编程软件实现催化主风机防喘振控制,机组自保联锁和机组停机联锁.

Abstract:This paper summarily describes a revamp and design principle of the sudden shutdown's system of the axial compressor and expander on the FCCU,at the same time,introduces the application of the integrated control system of TDC3000 of triple redundant fault-tolerance on the axial compressor and expander's interlock system.Input/output blocks and CPU are applied to the triple redundant fault-tolerance hardware.The interlock and the shutdown as well as the anti-surge control of the compressor and expander are fulfilled by the configuration and the software programming.
