摘    要:在综合考虑战时雷达器材应急仓库选址评价影响因素的基础上,建立较全面的评价指标体系,并针对传统的评价过程中常权重值难以体现评价者对评价因素惩罚或激励的要求,提出一种基于层次变权的模糊评价模型,并通过实例证明该模型的有效性和可行性,该模型对其它选址评价问题具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:On the basis of considering the factors that influence wartime radar equipment warehouse location selection synthetically,establish a comprehensive system of evaluation indexes,and in allusion to constant weight value can’t materialize the punitive or stimulant request that a decision-maker makes for decision-making factors in traditional evaluation process,a fuzzy evaluation model based on hierarchy variable weight is introduced.Finally the model is proved to be reasonable and effective with example,and the model also has instructional meaning to others location selection evaluation problem.
