摘    要:电动涡旋压缩机具有零件少、效率高、无级调速运行等特点,是新能源汽车产业的重要零部件.对电动涡旋压缩机运行时,曲轴偏心销-轴套摩擦副的磨损机理进行了分析,并根据黏着磨损量的关系式,提出了针对磨损的改善对策.

Abstract:The electric scroll compressor has some characteristics such as simple structure,high efficiency and changeable rotary velocity.It is an important part for green car industry.In this paper,we analyze the phenomena that the friction pair of shaft and axie-guide show incredible sign of abrasion,then propose the countermeasures to deal with abrasion according to the equation of the adhesive wear extent.
