摘    要:用热模拟单向压缩试验法研究了中碳钢经控轧后在在线控冷过程中的组织演变过程.结果表明,控制轧制产生的组织形貌为随后的控制冷却提供了组织准备并且提高了共析转变温度,显微硬度在控冷过程中不断下降,其性能最终可满足冷镦要求,从而省去了传统工艺的离线球化退火,简化生产工艺和节能降耗的效果显著.

Abstract:Hot compression tests from different austenitizing temperature with online controlled cooling were carried out to study the microstructure evolution of carbides in medium carbon steel.The results show that the microstructure morphology occurred by controlled rolling provides microstructure preparation for unusual decomposition of austenite in the process of controlled cooling.The controlled rolling raises the transformation temperature and the microhardness decreases gradually with the decrease of controlle...
