大庆探区低孔低渗油气层压裂改造增产工艺技术

摘    要:随着勘探工作的深入,大庆探区进入低渗透薄互层岩性油气藏和致密气层勘探,压裂增产技术已成为增产上储的常规技术,压裂工作量逐年增多。压裂井占试油井数的60%-80%,压后工业油气流井占年工业油气流井的60%-80%。勘探部门以勘探目标需求为攻关目标,以储层增产机理、压裂产能预测、压裂液、支撑剂及施工工艺技术作为系统工程进行攻关,逐步配套完善并发展了低孔低渗油气层压裂改造工艺技术。大庆探区在勘探区块进行推广应用,见到显著效果。

Abstract:With the progress made in exploration, Daqing exploration area has entered the exploration stage of thin interbedding lithologic oil and gas reservoirs with low-permeability and compact gas layers, and the fracturing and stimulation techniques are becoming the conventional techniques for increase of production and reserves. The fracturing working amount is on the annual increase. The fractured wells account for 60-80 percent of the total wells under oil test. The wells with the fractured industrial oil and gas flow also account for 60-80 percent of the total wells with the annual industrial oil and gas flow. Based on the exploration need, the exploration departments are focused on reservoir stimulation mechanism, prediction of fractured productivity, fracturing fluid and proppant to perfect and develop the fracturing renovation technologies for low-porosity and low-permeability oil and gas bedding. Such technologies have found wide application in Daqing exploration area with remarkable results.
