摘    要:为了改善蓄热燃烧系统蓄热室蓄热材料的热性能,成功地研制了将高温熔融盐相变潜热蓄热材复合到高温陶瓷显热蓄热材中的新型燃料工业炉用高性能复合蓄热材料的制备新技术,这种新型资料工业炉用复合蓄热材料既兼备了固相显热蓄热材料和相变潜热蓄热材料两者的长处,又克服了两者的不足,从而使之具备能快速放热,快速蓄热及蓄热密度高的特有性能。

Abstract:In order to increase the thermal efficiency of combustion system,the regenerative heat recovery systems have been appli ed widely,such as regenerative burner system.For this system,the thermal p roperty of heat storage materials packed in the regenerator is a key point.T o progressively improve its thermal property,we have devel-oped a new techn ique to combine sensible ceramic heat storage materials with molten salt latent heat storage ma-terials to composite heat storage materials applied to indu strial fuel-fired furnace,which will have some advanced thermal properties ,such as fast heat storage rate,fast heat removing rate,big heat storage d ensity and so on.This paper presents the preparation of this new heat storag e materials applied to industrial fuel-fired furnace.
