| 摘 要： | 从流变学方面解释了漆膜流挂产生的原因,并提出了解决漆膜流挂的一些方法。对于漆膜橘皮,分析了橘皮产生的机理,提出了改进漆膜橘皮缺陷的方法;对于漆膜气孔和针孔缺陷,建立了气孔和针孔产生的理论模型,针对每种模型,分析了其产生原因,并提出了改进方法;对于漆膜失光,也提出了一些预防措施。

| Abstract: | This paper explains the causes of coating sagging by Rheology theory and advances some solutions,analyses the causes of orange skin and that some methods to avoid it are given,as well as clouding of coating.For the pore and pinhole defects of coating,it builds some theoretical models,for each model,analyses its causes and improved methods. |
