轮边电驱动试验台测控系统开发

摘    要:针对轮边电驱动系统试验台,以LabVIEW为平台,设计了用于轮边电驱动系统传动效率试验台的测控系统。系统通过CAN总线通讯,实现试验台实时动态数据发送、监测、存储以及电机驱动器的控制。通过台架试验,验证系统运行稳定可靠,能很好地实现设定的功能,具有很强的实用性,为试验提供了可靠的平台。

Abstract:With the LabVIEW software as platform, the measurement and control system is designed and developed for the test bench used for efficiency tests of electric wheel drive system. The measurement and control system can achieve data acquisition, processing, storage, waveform display and motor control via CAN-Bus. Through the test, the whole system has been verified to be stable and reliable and can achieve the designed functions. The system can provide reliable basis for the efficiency test.
