FSAE赛车集成化轮毂的设计与校核

摘    要:针对赛车出现的装拆烦琐、车轮总成庞大等问题,对车轮轮毂的结构进行优化集成设计,对4种极限工况下车轮上的动载荷值进行计算,并运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对集成化轮毂进行静力学分析。分析结果表明,新设计的集成化轮毂的强度满足设计要求,采用新型集成化轮毂的赛车与上一届赛车相比,车轮总成质量降低了20%左右,这对赛车车轮的轻量化设计和提高赛车性能有重要意义。

Abstract:A kind of integrated hub is designed to solve the problems of complicated installation and huge wheel assembly size in this paper. Based on the calculation and analysis of the integrated hub, statical analysis and modal analysis on the optimization design are conducted. The results show the static strength of the integrated hub meets design requirements. The weight of wheel assembly with integrated hub is reduced by about 20%, which is significant for the improvements of the lightweight design and performance of the racing car.
